Dentist Office - Geneva, IL
The owner of a popular dental practice in the Fox Valley contracted Batir Architecture, Ltd. to create a unique and modern setting for his practice. The building is to be constructed on a raw site in the Geneva Business District. Project feasibility, site design, city approval, and building design were in the scope of this project. Green Features: Raised floor system for under-air distribution (exceptionally efficient); Use of natural daylighting, Recycled Materials, and High Efficiency Lighting fixtures.

Lutheran Church of the Holy Spirit - Elk Grove Village, IL
The congregation of this church was seeking a new updated look for their current 1960’s “style” building. Their goals were to add curb appeal to the front and rear of the building, create an attractive and “magnetic” gathering area outside of the worship area, enhance the worship area aesthetically and also functionally and create a welcoming entrance from the parking area.

Lord of Life Church - Elburn, IL
42,000 SF, $5 million Remodel and New Construction.
This project included designing a new addition to accommodate a gym/worship center, classrooms and offices to suit a rapidly growing congregation. 14,880SF of existing space was remodeled in the scope of this project. The challenge was to combine an existing residential form to a new contemporary vocabulary. This transition is softened by an arcade to provide a framework for landscaping.

Bartlett Vision Center - Bartlett, IL
This first time business owner leased a “vanilla box” space in a new retail development. Her goal was to attract an upper end clientele with a distinctive space. Although the space itself was small the outcome was the perception of spaciousness and high-design with some unexpected flairs.
